Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage, also kann man auch mal etwas länger laut Musik hören, ohne jemanden zu stören. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr hell durch die vielen Fenster.
Wir haben im Erdgeschoss ein top ausgestattetes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Toilette und Fußbodenheizung sowie ein zweites Bad mit Dusche und Toilette im Obergeschoss und eine separate Toilette. Die Küche wurde 2016 renoviert und enthält Geschirrspüler, Ofen sowie zwei Kühlschränke. Auch eine Waschmaschine haben wir, und als Wäscheraum verwenden wir das Treppenhaus.
Im Garten habt ihr genügend Platz, um euch mit Hochbeeten und einem Gemüsebeet auszutoben. Es gibt einen Pool und eine Grill-&-Chill-Lounge mit Gasgrill. Zudem gibt es einen gemütlichen Balkon im Obergeschoss, auf dem man entspannt ein paar Bier oder ein Gläschen Wein trinken kann.

The room is very quiet due to its secluded location, allowing you to play loud music without disturbing anyone. It's also very bright thanks to its many windows.
Our house has a fully equipped bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. There's a second bathroom upstairs with a shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The kitchen was renovated in 2016 and includes a dishwasher, oven, and two fridges. We also have a washing machine, and we use the stairwell as a laundry area.
In the garden, there's plenty of space to enjoy, including raised beds and a vegetable patch. We have a pool and a barbecue & chill lounge with a gas barbecue. Additionally, there's a cozy balcony on the upper floor where you can relax with a beer or a glass of wine.
Das Haus ist nur wenige Minuten von der FH Puch/Urstein entfernt und hat eine gute Bus- und Zugverbindung. Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Hofer und Billa sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad entlang der Salzach etwa 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Zudem verfügt das Haus über 5 Parkplätze inklusive einem Carport-Platz. Weitere kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The house is just a few minutes from FH Puch/Urstein and has excellent bus and train connections. Grocery stores like Hofer and Billa are within walking distance. You can cycle to the city center along the Salzach river in about 20 minutes, or drive there in around 15 minutes. The house also offers 5 parking spaces, including one carport space, with additional free parking available just a few minutes walk away.
Aktuell findet ein großer Umbruch in der WG statt. Vier Mitbewohner/innen ziehen aus, und wir suchen noch Nachmieter. In der WG bleiben Johanna und Kira.
Johanna (22), unsere WG-Mama (nein sie hat keine Kinder^^), studiert medizinische Biologie an der PLUS. Sie ist sehr gesellig und oft in den Gemeinschaftsräumen anzutreffen. Außerdem ist sie sehr sportlich und immer für gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu begeistern.
Kira (21) studiert Ernährung, Bewegung und Gesundheit. Sie ist wahrscheinlich einer der fröhlichsten Menschen auf diesem Planeten. Auch sie ist sehr sportlich, geht gerne aus und kocht leidenschaftlich gern.
Wir verstehen uns untereinander sehr gut und machen gern gemeinsam etwas, sei es kochen (oder grillen), am Abend ein paar Spiele spielen oder auch kleine oder große Abenteuer erleben. Es wäre cool, wenn du dich da auch beteiligst und eventuell neue Ideen in die WG mitbringst :) Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG, dennoch kann sich natürlich jeder immer in sein Zimmer zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben.

The shared flat is currently undergoing a major transition, with four flatmates moving out, so we are looking for new tenants. Johanna and Kira will be staying.
Johanna (22), our housemother (no, she doesn't have any children ^^), is studying medical biology at PLUS. She is very sociable and often found in the common areas. She is also very sporty and always eager to participate in group activities.
Kira (21) is studying nutrition, exercise, and health. She is one of the happiest people you’ll ever meet. She is also very sporty, loves going out, and has a passion for cooking.
We all get along well and enjoy doing things together, whether it's cooking (or barbecuing), playing games in the evening, or going on adventures. It would be great if you could join in and bring new ideas to the flat. We are not a flatshare just for convenience; however, everyone has the option to retreat to their room for some peace.
