Hey, wir haben ab dem 15. Juli ein Zimmer frei 🌸Das Zimmer besteht aus zwei separaten Zimmern, die euch beide gehören würden. Die monatlichen Kosten für das Zimmer betragen 415€ (alles inklusive außer Müllkosten) und es gibt eine Kaution von 360€, dir ihr beim Auszug zurück bekommt. Für das Aufsetzen eines neuen Vertrages fallen einmalige Kosten von 250€ an.
Wenn ihr interessiert seid und denkt, dass ihr in unsere Wg passen könntet, kontaktiert mich mit ein paar Infos über euch, damit wir ein Treffen zum Kennenlernen planen können :)
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit 7 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum und 15 Minuten von der Universität Twente entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar
Ihr lebt mit 3 Mitbewohnern (wahrscheinlich alles Mädels und Psychologiestudentinnen).
In der WG ist uns offene Kommunikation und Rücksicht auf alle sehr wichtig. Auch unternehmen wir gerne mal was zusammen, wenn es zeitlich bei allen passt 🥂.
Das Haus hat einen kleinen Innenhof und einen Schuppen, sodass Fahrräder sicher sind und man im Sommer draußen sitzen kann 🌞 Parkplätze sind kostenlos in unserer Straße.
