Ich habe ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Schreibtisch und Bett zur Vermietung, das 11 Quadratmeter groß ist. Es ist sehr hell und mit Rolladen ausgestattet. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 470 Euro, einschließlich Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Müll und WLAN.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr friedlich und von Natur umgeben. Ich liebe es, nachmittags joggen zu gehen und die Pferde auf den angrenzenden Wiesen grasen zu sehen. Außerdem ist die Anbindung an das Zentrum von Heidelberg und andere Städte ausgezeichnet.

I have a cozy room with a desk and bed available for rent, measuring 11 square meters. It is very bright and equipped with shutters. The monthly rent is 470 Euros, which includes utilities such as electricity, water, garbage, and Wi-Fi.
The neighborhood is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. I love going for runs in the afternoons and watching the horses grazing in the nearby fields. Additionally, the connection to the center of Heidelberg and other cities is excellent.

10 Minuten entfernt ist eine Bahnhaltestelle, mit der man in 20 Minuten ins Zentrum Heidelbergs fährt, mit dem Rad kann man auch in 30 MInuten über die Felder nach Heidelberg kommen.
Edeka ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Es ist sehr ruhig und es gibt einen Minigolfplatz direkt nebenan. Auch ein Skatepark ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
There is a train stop 10 minutes away, which takes you to the centre of Heidelberg in 20 minutes, or you can cycle across the fields to Heidelberg in 30 minutes.
Edeka is 5 minutes away.
It is very quiet and there is a mini golf course right next door. A Skate park is 10 minutes away.
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr freundlich und ruhig und helfen, wenn man etwas braucht.
The flatmates are very friendly and quiet and they help if we need anything.
