2 Zimmer in Kommunegründungsgruppe frei

Die WG liegt in einer sanierten Plattenbausiedlung in der Nähe vom Zoopark. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.

Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen REWE, eine Apotheke und eine Post. Die Straßenbahnlinie 5 fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe den ganzen Tag, und damit ist man recht schnell in der Innenstadt (bis zum Anger dauert’s ca. 15 Minuten). Man kann auch mit dem Rad auf dem Fahrradweg entlang der Straßenbahnlinie in die Innenstadt fahren, oder man nimmt einen kleinen Umweg zur Gera in Kauf und hat damit einen wesentlich schöneren Weg.

In die andere Richtung kommt man mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus zu einigen Seen, z.B. zum Stotternheimer See mit angeschlossenem Strandbad.

Parkplätze sind hier kein Problem.

The flat-sharing community is located in a renovated prefabricated housing estate near the Zoopark. The area is very quiet.

There is a small REWE, a pharmacy and a post office within walking distance. Tram line 5 runs all day in the immediate vicinity, so you can get to the city centre quite quickly (it takes about 15 minutes to get to Anger). You can also cycle into the city centre on the cycle path along the tram line, or you can take a small diversions to the Gera, which is a much nicer route.

In the other direction, you can get to some lakes by bike or bus, e.g. to Lake Stotternheim with its attached lido.

Parking spaces are no problem here.

Wie der Titel schon verrät, sind wir eine Kommunegründungsgruppe (kommune-kaninchenbau.de) und haben uns in dieser WG für die nächsten Jahre niedergelassen. Daher suchen wir zukünftige potenzielle Mitglieder, welche das Kommune-Leben mit uns erproben wollen. Natürlich verpflichtet man sich mit dem Einzug zu nichts, aber Du solltest zumindest Interesse am Kommuneleben und an unseren Grundsätzen mitbringen.

Die bestehende WG ist berufstätig (primär im Homeoffice und manchmal auch im Büro). Daher ist fast immer jemand im Haus, und wir versuchen auch, einmal am Tag zusammenzukommen und was gemeinsames zu machen – sei es, etwas zu kochen, etwas an der WG zu verändern oder auch nur einen Plausch über den letzten Tag zu halten. Das funktioniert natürlich nicht immer, aber wir geben uns Mühe 🙂

In der Freizeit unternehmen wir auch ab und zu was gemeinsam, z.B. an einen der Seen zu fahren und zu grillen, oder mal einen Film schauen. Wir sind da auch für Deine Ideen/Wünsche/Inspirationen offen.

Grundsätzlich versuchen wir auch, die Kommunegründung voranzutreiben und Gleichgesinnte zu finden. Wenn Du also schon immer mal Deine Traumkommune gründen wolltest oder zumindest mal gemeinschaftliches Leben gestalten wolltest, ist das die WG für Dich 😊

As the title suggests, we are a commune founding group (kommune-kaninchenbau.de) and have settled in this shared apartment for the next few years. Therefore, we are looking for future potential members who want to try out commune life with us. Of course you don't commit yourself to anything by moving in, but you should at least be interested in commune life and our principles.

The existing flat mates are employed (primarily in the home office and sometimes also in the office). Therefore, there is almost always someone in the house, and we also try to get together once a day and do something together - be it cooking something, changing something in the shared apartment or even just having a chat about the last day. Of course, this doesn't always work, but we try hard 🙂 .

In our free time we also do things together from time to time, e.g. go to one of the lakes and have a barbecue, or watch a film. We are also open to your ideas/wishes/inspirations.

Basically, we also try to push the foundation of the commune and find like-minded people. So if you've always wanted to found your dream commune or at least wanted to live communally, this is the shared apartment for you 😊

Da wir zukünftig in einer gemeinsamen Ökonomie leben wollen, führen wir eine solidarische Haushaltskasse. Das würden wir dann noch mit Dir verhandeln, wie wir das für uns alle am Besten lösen.

Uns ist ein ökologisch-nachhaltiger Lebensstil wichtig. Da sind wir nicht dogmatisch, aber Du solltest kein faschistisches, sexistisches, mysogenes, rassistisches Mindset mitbringen (da sind wir dogmatisch).

Since we want to live in a common economy in the future, we have a solidary household budget. We would then negotiate with you how best to solve this for all of us.
