Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster und liegt sehr schön an der Südseite mit viel Licht. Das Zimmer ist zur Hälfte abgeschrägt und sehr gemütlich.

Es können Möbel (Schrank, Tisch und Bett) von der Vermietung übernommen werden. Ich kann einen Teppich abgeben, falls dieser übernommen werden soll.

The room has 2 windows and is beautifully situated on the south side with lots of light. The room is half sloped and very cozy.

Furniture (wardrobe, table and bed) can be taken over from the tenant. I can hand over a carpet if this is to be taken over.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von der Bahn und Bushaltestelle. Die Hochschule liegt ganz in der Nähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is close to the train and bus stop. The university is very close by and shopping facilities are also within walking distance.

Wir wohnen zu 3 in der WG leben sehr entspannt zusammen. Jeder hat Zeit für sich, wir kochen aber auch super gerne gemeinsam oder sitzen abends einfach mal gemütlich zusammen. Zum 01.12 zoeht ebenfalls ein weiterer neuer Mitbewohner ein, ihr habt also viele Möglichkeiten das WG Leben zu gestalten.

The three of us live in a very relaxed shared flat. Everyone has time for themselves, but we also enjoy cooking together or just sitting together in the evening. Another new flatmate is moving in on 01.12, so you have lots of opportunities to shape life in the shared flat.

Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und eine Waschmaschine in Haus, die umsonst benutzt werden können. Um Nachmieter muss sich selbst gekümmert werden.

There is a bicycle storage room and a washing machine in the house, which can be used free of charge. You will have to look for a new tenant yourself.
