Erlebe die Idylle außerhalb der Stadt, umgeben von Natur und genieße den Ausblick durch zwei Doppeltür-Fenster, die den Blick in den Garten und die sonnige Südseite freigeben.
Unser Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von (S) Erkner, östlich an der Grenze von Brandenburg und Berlin. Wohnen in einem geräumigen Haus mit einem riesigen Garten, umgeben von Seen und Wäldern, bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Ruhe und Stadt mit guter Anbindung zur Zug/S-Bahn (25-45 Minuten zum Ostkreuz).
In unserer bunt gemischten WG, bestehend aus Menschen im Alter zwischen 28 und 45 Jahren, sind unterschiedlichste Berufe vertreten: Handwerker, Studenten, Selbständige, Ingenieure und Vertreter der Festival- und Veranstaltungsbranche. Bei uns gibt es keine strikten Regeln, aber wir teilen gemeinsame Werte wie freundschaftliches Miteinander, gelegentliches Kochen, wöchentliche Meetings, Saunabesuche in unserem Garten, Baden in den umliegenden Seen, Lagerfeuerabende, Spieleabende und vieles mehr. Hier ist alles möglich, aber nichts zwingend.

An extraordinary opportunity awaits you: The most beautiful room in our fantastic house share in Woltersdorf is available for longterm from August onwards. Experience the idyllic surroundings outside the city, surrounded by nature, and enjoy the breathtaking view through two double-door windows, revealing the garden and sunny south side.
Our house is located near (S) Erkner, on the eastern border of Brandenburg/Berlin. Living in a spacious house with a huge garden, surrounded by lakes and forests, offers a perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to the train/S-Bahn (25-45 minutes to Ostkreuz).
In our diverse house share, with members aged between 30 and 45, various professions are represented: craftsmen, students, entrepreneurs, engineers, and individuals from the festival and events industry. We have no strict rules, but we share common values such as friendly interaction, occasional communal cooking, weekly meetings, sauna sessions, swimming in nearby lakes, sitting by the fire, game nights, and much more. Everything is possible, but nothing is mandatory.

Wir sind ein bunter Haufen an Herzensmenschen und treffen uns einmal wöchentlich für Organisation und Sharing.
Diesen Frühling wollen wir im Garten aktiv werden und wieder Gemüse anbauen, und verschiedene Baustellen angehen. Daher sind helfende Hände sehr willkommen und auch jegliche Handwerkskünste.

We are a mixed bunch of open hearted people and meet 1 a week for sharing and organizing. This spring we intend to get busy in the big garden and plant vegetables. We also have lots of projects, so a pair of helping hands are very welcome. Also any craft skills are invited!
Wir teilen den Grundstock an Lebensmitteln wie Reis, Haferflocken, Hafermilch, etc. sowie Putzmittel.
Du kannst dich daran gern beteiligen oder deine eigenen Lebensmittel verzehren.
Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Putzkraft, daher fällt das putzen einfach: halte deinen Raum und was du benutzt hast sauber. Ab und an kehren oder Staubsaugen.
Wir haben einen Hund, der sich gern Streicheleinheiten abholt in der WG, und eine Katze im Erdgeschoss.

We share basics of food, like rice, oats, etc. and cleaning supplies, etc. You can either join that or have your own supplies.
We also have a cleaning lady coming every other week, yet we like to keep it tidy in the shared spaces.
We have a big dog upstairs, who loves to be cuddled and a cat downstairs.
