Two rooms will be available starting from April 1st. The rooms, measuring 16 and 15 square meters, are spacious and bright. Large windows and access to a balcony allow natural light to flood the space throughout the day. The windows are well-insulated, and the rooms are equipped with self-regulating heating systems for added comfort. Each room is furnished with a 1.20-meter bed, a closet, a study desk, and a chair—furniture is included in the price.

The kitchen and living area feature an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and TV. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.

Additional amenities include a basement cellar for extra storage and a large parking lot in front of the building with plenty of free spaces. There is also a secure bike storage area available for residents

Public transport is easily accessible from the shared flat. A bus stop is located right outside the front door, and the nearest S-Bahn station is just a 5-minute walk away. Both the Technical Faculty and the city center are within a 10-minute bike ride. The closest supermarkets (Norma, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, and dm) are also just a 7-minute walk from the flat. Additionally, Siemens Campus is nearby

Nataliia and I (Laura) are about to finish our studies, which is why two rooms will soon be available. Currently, Simon is studying Mechanical Engineering, and George is studying Energy Technology. We all get along well, enjoy spontaneous chats, and are always there to help each other when needed. From time to time, we also do activities together.

We are all open, friendly, and respectful. If any issues arise, we address them promptly and work together to find a solution. We value cleanliness and hygiene, so we take turns cleaning the apartment. While we are not a party household, we do enjoy going out or having friends over from time to time.
