Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker in der Umgebung vorhanden. Die Technische Fakultät kann in 10 Min mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden, zu den Erlanger Arcaden kommt man in 15 Min mit dem Fahrrad.
The house lies in the south of Erlangen Bruck. The next bus station is 5 min walking distance, the S Bahn stop Erlangen Bruck ist 12 minutes walking distance. Grocery stores and bakeries are close by. The Technische Fakultät of FAU can be reached in 10 min by bike, the Erlanger Arcaden can be reached in 15 min by bike.
Insgesamt werden in dem Haus 5 Zimmer vermietet. Aktuell handelt es sich um eine internationale WG, die übrigen Zimmer sind an 4 Männer im Alter von 25 bis 30 vermietet, zum Teil Studenten, zum Teil Berufstätige.
