Wir suchen eine(n) Mieter(in) für eines unserer WG-Zimmer. Wir bewohnen ein eigenes Reihenhaus mit 6 Leuten (3 Mädels, 2 Jungs und du) in Buckenhof. Wir haben einen eigenen kleinen Garten, eine gemeinsame Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Fernseh- , Telefon- und Internetanschluss.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist das Südgelände in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen und die Innenstadt in etwa 20 Minuten. Zudem besteht eine sehr gute Busanbindung, welche am Wochenende auch von den Nightlinern angefahren wird.
Das Zimmer, das ich dir anbieten möchte, ist sehr hell und hat etwa 13 m². Die Miete beträgt 225 Euro warm + 8 Euro Internet- und Telefonflat.
