🔆Looking for a cozy, welcoming space to start your academic journey in the heart of Erlangen? We have the perfect spot! A charming 10 m² fully furnished room is available in our friendly shared apartment for 1 month.

My snug room is up for subletting—ideal for a temporary stay or a peaceful retreat before settling into a long-term place.

🛌Your Room:

Fully furnished with a comfortable bed and mattress, a nightstand with a lamp, a study table, a chair, a storage box, and a cupboard. An expansive window bathes the room in natural light.

🏡The Apartment:

You'll share the space with two friendly FAU students. The apartment features a welcoming living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a guest toilet.

📍Location:

Centrally located at Martin Luther Platz, just 8-10 minutes from the city center and Arcaden by foot. Bus stops are right outside, with easy access to the university and Hauptbahnhof. Kaufland is only a 4-minute walk away.

🏠Shared Apartment Living:

I will be on a vacation for a period of a month and half to India for spending time with my family. Therefore, my room would be available for subletting for the month of december. Here, join Narmin, a PhD student, and Vicky, a new masters student who is also living on sublet till December. We enjoy cooking, card games, and movie nights together, but your privacy is respected. Our home is a warm haven where memories are made.

The apartment is managed by H. Vestner GmBH. The warm rent is set at 500€ per month, all inclusive, with a one-time security deposit worth 100€, which is fully refundable.
