Hallo,
Da ich von Januar bis einschließlich September nicht in Erlangen bin, möchte ich hier gerne mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 4er WG, in der man alles findet, was man so braucht. Insgesamt belaufen sich die Kosten für das Zimmer auf ca. 250€ warm mit Internet, Telefon, etc.
Die WG befindet sich im Röthelheimpark. Momentan sind wir vier Männer, aber keine Angst, putzen ist für uns kein Fremdwort :)
Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar etwas kleiner, aber dafür haben wir ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Ne Waschmaschine wäre im Keller. Zur Bushaltestelle (Verbindung 294) sind es ca. 3Min zu Fuss; Kaufland und Aldi sind ebenfalls nicht weit weg.
