Zwischenmiete in Erlangen in wunderbarer Haus WG

Zur Technischen Fakultät und in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Bushaltestellen befinden sich aber auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir wohnen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet im Röthelheimpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich für jede Vorliebe und Geldbeutel in Laufweite, Restaurants, Apotheken, Baumarkt auch und zum DAV-Kletterturm muss man auch nur zweimal umfallen. Der Tenneloher Forst ist auch direkt um die Ecke, von wo aus man auch zu längeren und kürzeren Joggingrunden aufbrechen kann.

It takes about 10 minutes by bike to get to the Technical Faculty and the city center. There are also bus stops in the immediate vicinity.

We live in a quiet residential area in Röthelheimpark. There are shops for every preference and budget within walking distance, restaurants, pharmacies, hardware store too and you only have to fall twice to get to the DAV climbing tower. The Tenneloher forest is also right around the corner, from where you can also go for longer or shorter jogging rounds.

Mit dir zusammen wohnen Flo, Manuel, Katrin, Tobias, und Claudia.

Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus Arbeitnehmern und Studenten. Wir kochen öfter zusammen, verbringe gemütliche Abende im Wohnzimmer und machen ab und zu gemeinsam Sport v.a. Klettern, Laufen und Yoga. Selbstverständlich haben aber alle auch genügend Zeit und Freiraum für sich und eigene Hobbies.

Da wir zu sechst im Haus leben, sollten Rücksicht, Sauberkeit und Ordnung nicht nur nett klingende Wörter für dich sein und du einen Putzplan auch ohne mehrfache Aufforderung einhalten können :)

Flo, Manuel, Katrin, Tobias and Claudia live with you.

We are a colorful mix of employees and students. We often cook together, spend cozy evenings in the living room and sometimes do sports together, especially climbing, running and yoga. Of course, everyone also has enough time and freedom for themselves and their own hobbies.

Since there are six of us living in the house, respect, cleanliness and order shouldn't just be nice-sounding words for you and you should be able to stick to a cleaning plan without being asked several times :)

Auch wenn das Zimmer "nur" zur Zwischenmiete vergeben wird, ist uns ein harmonisches Miteinander und eine WG in der alle gerne gemeinsam leben wichtig.
Für sportliche Aktivitäten, gemütliche Abende und andere Unternehmungen findest du meistens Mitmacher*innen - jedes Wochenende große Partys solltest du aber nicht erwarten (das würde wohl auch die Toleranz unserer eher familienlastigen Nachbarschaft überstrapazieren).

Über das genaue Ein- und Auszugsdatum können wir noch gerne reden.

Even if the room is "only" rented out temporarily, harmonious coexistence and a flat share in which everyone likes to live together is important to us.
For sporting activities, cozy evenings and other activities you will usually find people to help you - but you should not expect big parties every weekend (that would probably overstrain the tolerance of our rather family-heavy neighborhood).

The exact movment days can be discussed.
