Your own room has a size of 15m2 and is fully furnished (incl. bed, desk, chairs, shelf, cabinets, refrigerator, heater). You have a bike parking place.
Bath & shower, toilet, basement (with washing machine), storage room, and garden are shared with all tentants.
The monthly warm rent is approx. 310 euro, including electricity, water, and gas (heating). The landlord is German, who usually takes 1,5 months deposit. Internet is shared with others for 5 euros per month (but not included in the rent).
- quiet place near the physical/bio-/chemical departments of the university;
- 10 min. walk or 5 min. cycling to Technical Faculty;
- jogging in the forest or on the university sportsgroud nearby is FREE;
- several bus stops available for line 280/287/293/...
It is a small international community, incl. German, American, Indian, and Chinese roommates. They are all university students, nice and helpful.
