Ich suche ab Mai eine/n Mitbewohner/in für meine 5er-WG im Studentenwohnheim (HaWo)! Das Zimmer ist nur an eine/nStudent/in an der FAU abzugeben (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung wird benötigt).
Ich möchte mein Zimmer zwischenvermieten. Das Zimmer ist verfügbar in dem Zeitraum von 1.04 bis 30.08. Einzugstermin ab sofort möglich.
Das Zimmer ist möbeliert, also ganz praktisch für Leute die für ein Praktikum oder nur für die Zwischenzeit etwas suchen!
Im Wohnheim gibt es eine Waschmaschine die man für 1 EUR pro Waschgang nutzen kann.
Wohnheim ist in der Nähe von Rothelheimsbad und Uni-Sportgelände. 5 min zu Fuß zur TechFak.
Meine Mitbewohner sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man macht allerdings nicht so oft was zusammen, da wir alle Studenten sind und im Laufe des Tages nicht so oft zu Hause sind. Da es ein Wohnheim ist, gibt es immer Donnerstags Wohnheim-Partys im Keller (im Zimmer hört man die Musik nicht da WG im 5-en Stock sich befindet).
