Cozy Room with plenty of sunlight during the day. Has a cupboard, a study table and an office chair. You can use whatever things I've kept in my room during your stay.
You have a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, oven, a fridge and a freezer at the place to use. There is also a store room and a keller to store some things if you want.
Located in a quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is 2 min walk from the place which has a bus in every 20 mins during weekdays and on weekends (for a few hours) otherwise on weekends the bus is every 30 mins. You can get to any location in Erlangen with ease and its a perfect place for people with a bike since the bike pathways are very well made and are very well connected
You will share the place with an Indian guy who is currently working in Siemens. He can speak Hindi, English and German. You are free to use all of our stuff while you are here but please be careful not to cause damage. Neither of us smoke so please don't smoke inside the place.
You can write me an email on if i dont respond here. Im traveling to India during that period and thats why I'm subletting my room. You can come for a viewing on a time we both can mutually be available. I am a student at FAU so feel free to ask for help related to anything if you're new here.
Since its a short term sublet, city registration is not possible.
