A room is available in a 6-person shared WG for long term. The room is quite cozy and has a good view from the window. The WG is shared with 5 other students (1 girl 4 guys), all from FAU.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared among all mates. The kitchen is equipped with a gas burner stove, a gas fire oven and a microwave.
The Building is located in Zollhaus. Transport connectivity is excellent. Mainly 3 bus stops are available at a walking distance.

Nearest Aldi Süd supermarket is at a distance of about 450m. Its about a 6 min walk.
Netto is also at a walking distance of about 200m, just near the Zollhaus bus stop
Another Aldi and Kaufland is located just 2 bus stops away about 2 kms.
Transport connectivity is excellent with multiple bus lines going towards Arcaden/Hauptbahnhof. Bus line 293 is available from Zollhaus along with 20 from Stubenlohstrasse which goes directly to the University.
We are looking for a girl who would be willing to stay in a shared place. The room is available from the 15th of April. You will be the main tenant for the room. We follow some rules for cleaning the WG. We clean the WG in turns every weekend. We like to interact with the flat mates and enjoy a good time. Of course you are free to enjoy your time as per your preference.
A note; the WG does not include a dishwasher or a washing machine. There is a public washing centre available just near the Zollhaus bus stop where we wash the clothes.
