ich vermiete mein Zimmer für vorerst 3 Monate, weil ich ein wenig im Ausland bin. Beim Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum bin ich etwas flexibel, paar Tage hin oder her lassen sich einrichten. Wenn Bedarf besteht, kann das Ganze auch um einen Monat verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage: Audimax 5min, Bahnhof 10min zu Fuß; Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Es existieren 2 Zimmer, ein Bad mit Wanne/Dusche und Waschmaschine, sowie eine große Küche, die wir auch als Wohnzimmer nutzen. Daneben gibt es noch einen Art Dachboden zum Wäsche aufhängen und Zeugs verstauen. Das ganze Haus ist etwas älter und wird mit Gasöfen beheizt.
Die Kaution richtet sich dannach, wie viel ihr von meinen Möbeln benutzen wollt...
Am besten einfach mal vorbeischaun'.
