Das Zimmer ist in einem Studentenwohnheim. Es ist ca. 17 qm groß und hat auch eine eigene kleine Küche und ein eigenes Bad.
Es sind alle Möbel drin, die man braucht: Bett (ein anderes als das auf dem Foto!!), großer Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank und Sessel.
Das Fenster ist auf der von der Straße abgewandten Seite, weshalb es in dem Zimmer auch wirklich ruhig ist.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!!!
Direkt vor der Haustür sind die Arcaden, Müller usw.
Man ist in kürzester Zeit am Bahnhof, Hugo, Schlossplatz usw.
Das Kollegienhaus und die Unibib sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In den Arcaden gibt es einen Supermarkt zum einkaufen und Richtung Bahnhof kommt auch ein Norma.
Es kann zusätzlich auch für wenig Geld (19 Euro) ein fester Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus angemietet werden.
Das Zimmer wird nur an Studenten der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität in Erlangen-Nürnberg vergeben, man muss jedes Semester eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung hin schicken!
