Hey,
da ich bald ein Praktikum machen werden, möchte ich ab 04. Februar bis Mitte April mein Zimmer zwischen vermieten. Es hat ca. 23m², ist sehr hell und geräumig und kostet 350€ warm.
Meine Möbel würde ich im Zimmer lassen.
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung noch eine große Küche (Einbauküche, Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank) mit einem großen Tisch und ein schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
- sehr zentrale Lage, direkt am E-Werk
- 1 Gehminute zum Kaufland
- alle möglichen Bars/ Geschäfte der Innenstadt sowie Bahnhof super schnell erreichbar
In der Wohnung leben außerdem Selina, sie ist PTA (21), Xue (24), macht ein FSJ, und Andi (25)studiert Bio.
Wir verstehen uns alle super und sind keine Zweck-WG!
