Das Zimmer ist über eine Treppe aus dem Wohnzimmer zu erreichen. Die Bodenfläche beträgt etwa 30qm. Da es unter dem Dach liegt, hat es eine doppelte Dachschräge.
Die WG hat 4 Zimmer+1 gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Das Badezimmer hat ist etwa 15qm groß und ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibt es eine riesige Dachterrasse, auf der ganzjährig gegrillt wird.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. 5min zu den Arkaden, 10min zum Berg.
Aktuell sind wir zwei Berufstätige und eine Studentin.
Je nachdem, wie viel jeder zu tun hat, wird mal mehr und mal weniger zusammen gemacht, aber grillen und Fernsehabende sind regelmäßig dabei.
