Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm groß und dank der zwei Fenster sehr hell. Es wir zur Zwischenmiete vom 15.6. bis 31.7. frei. Ich werde die meisten meiner Möbel mitnehmen, das Bett bleibt aber für die Nachmieterin drin, sodass du zumindest schon einen Schlafplatz hast. ;)
Super zentrale Lage zwischen Altstadt und Innenstadt, Einkaufsläden, Bushaltestellen, Bars und Cafés sind fußläufig in null komma nichts zu erreichen.
Deine Mitbewohnerin auf Zeit ist die Anna, Lehramtstudentin, super lieb und ümgänglich. Sie ist in den letzten Zügen ihres Studiums sodass sie viel unterwegs ist, aber abendliche Küchen-Gespräche sind trotzdem nie zu kurz gekommen. :)
Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt 400€ All Inclusive, für die gesamte Zeit also 600€.
