Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da es eine Fenster-Front nach Westen hat, heizt sich aber aufgrund der Ausrichtung tagsüber nicht stark auf. Im Zimmer ist eine Schrankwand, ein Sofa und genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Das einzige, was Du also mitbringen müsstest wäre ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch. Das Sofa könnte übergangsweise aber auch als Schlafcouch genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Man ist innerhalb von einer Minute beim Audimax/PhilFak sowie in 2 minuten bei der Jura-Bib. Der Bus Richtung innenstadt hält quasi auch vor der Haustür (1 min Fußweg um genau zu sein). Wer es ruhig mag wird diese Wohnung lieben. Der Balkon geht zum Garten hin und ist dadurch sehr leise. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man am Bürgermeistersteg oder an der Schwabach. Zur nächsten Bar läuft man 10 Minuten.
Optional ist bei dem Zimmer ein Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz dabei, welcher für zusätzlich 50€/Monat dazu genommen werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist für einen Monat (1.9. - 30.9.) zu vermieten.
