Dir würden zwei Zimmer gehören (24 qm). Es handelt sich um ein großes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Vorzimmer für deine Klamotten. Alle Möbel und der Fernseher bleiben für die ein/zwei Monate und können von dir mitbenutzt werden. Es fehlt an nichts, ob du ein Prakitkum machst oder Vorkurse besuchst - du würdest dich in ein gemachtes Nest setzen :)
There are 2 rooms, just for you in a great house with 3 other people. One small room for your clothes and a big room to live and sleep. All furniture and the TV will stay - you just have to bring your own clothes and private stuff. If you do an internship or if you begin to study, everything would be prepared for your start ;)
Das Haus, in dem wir 4 wohnen, befindet sich direkt hinter der SportUni an einer der Nebenstraßen der Hartmannstraße.
Der Ginsterweg befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, aber du hast es nicht weit, weder in die Stadt noch zum Einkaufen. Mit Fahrrad ist alles toll in 15min zu erreichen. Auch Busse fahren hier oft, falls du weiter weg musst und mehrere Bushaltestellen sind innerhalb von 3-10min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Da das Fahrrad das Haupttransportmittel in Erlangen ist, darfst du auch gerne mein Fahrrad benutzen.
The House has a central position, so that everything is close for you - You just need 15minutes to the city or to go grocery-shopping by bike. And for some bus-stations, you only need to walk 3-10min.
When you want you can also use my bike which is so handy because each young adult uses a bike in Erlangen
Meine Mitbewohner sind unglaublich freundlich und offen - du kannst dich hier nur wohlfühlen;) Du kannst mit ihnen kochen, Sport machen oder einfach nur chillen. Wenn du oben in deinem Zimmer bist, stört dich aber auch keiner. Es könnte auch mal sein, dass du das ganze Haus für dich hast. Wir haben eine Küche und das Wohnzimmer und natürlich die beiden Bäder, die wir gemeinsam nutzen. Sie nehmen dich sicherlich für die ein/zwei Monate genauso herzlich auf wie mich :)
You´d live with 3 other friendly and open-minded young adults - this time could feel like home. And at the weekends they´re sometimes on the way. So it can be the case that the house is just for you;) You share the kitchen, a living-room and two bathrooms with them. You can do something together like watching movies or cook together or you can be on your own up in your room:)
Da ich alle meine Möbel und privaten Sachen in meiner Dachgeschoss"wohnung" lassen würde, möchte ich dich gerne persönlich oder via Skype etwas näher kennenlernen und wissen, wem ich es anvertraue :) Du kannst mich per Whatsapp oder SMS jederzeit erreichen. Du kannst hier auch nur ein paar Wochen anstatt den ganzen Zeitraum wohnen, und dann können wir auch noch etwas an dem Preis rücken ;)
