Dein neues Zimmer ist in etwa 12 Quadratmeter groß mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Wir sind eine WG in einem Wohnheim, welches sich auch um alle Mietangelegenheiten kümmert. Voraussetzung ist daher allerdings, dass du an der FAU immatrikuliert bist, da das Wohnheim nur für Studenten gedacht ist.
Der Preis von etwa 310€ enthält sowohl Nebenkosten als auch Internet, nur die Rundfunkgebühr müssen wir unter uns aufteilen.

Wir wohnen in der nördlichen Innenstadt, von wo aus man alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichen kann. Bis zur Hauptbib sind es mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten, Kaufland ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Zirkel sowie viele Studentenbars sind direkt um die Ecke. 👍🏼

Wir sind Alissa(Medizin), Shakiba(Medizintechnik) und Vincent(Jura) und sind als WG auch erst relativ frisch zusammengekommen.
Wir haben durch das Studium alle viel zutun, aber uns ist ein gemütliches bis familäres Zusammenleben wichtig. Daher suchen wir jemand aufgeschlossenen, der gerne mal mitkocht oder backt und gerne mal was gemeinsam unternimmt. :)
