Hi, we are Marina and Sofia, we are working as doctoral students at the university hospital, and from 1st January 2025 a room will be vacant in our WG. The room appears as in the pictures, and the furniture that can be seen will remain available. The rest of the house consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, a bathroom and a small attic for storage. The house is located in a very quiet and green neighborhood near to Erlangen university hospital, in 20 minutes by walk or 15 minutes by bus the city center and the main station can be easily reached.
We are looking for a PhD student or a worker who would like to share the house with us and be respectful of the common spaces. We are lovers of peace and quiet but also enjoy inviting friends over, chatting and cooking together.
One important note: the language we speak in the house is English :)
