Room is quiet and well lit. The room has 1 South-facing window. You get a nice sunshine throughout the year as there are no shadows on this road-facing house.
It is equipped with a radiator, Laminated sheet floor, external blinds on the windows. The room is furnished. Bicycle parking spaces are available.
All costs are included as a flat rate in the total rent. There is no utility bill, therefore no other additional payment or refund.
The kitchen and bathroom are common and equipped with all the necessary amenities like an oven, Microwave, refrigerators, washing machine.
