Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre) und haben in unserem Haus von 186 qm noch Platz. Wir haben ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer von knapp 10 qm im EG, eine eingerichtete Küche im 1. OG (ebenfalls 10 qm) und ein kleines Bad zu vergeben (3,5 qm). Unser schöner Garten und die Terrasse können mit genutzt werden.
Wir möchten das Zimmer an jemanden vergeben, der ggf. etwas Familienanschluss sucht und bereit wäre, anstelle einer Miete gelegentliches Babysitten bzw. kleinere Hausarbeiten zu übernehmen. Siehe WG-Leben für weitere Details.

We are a family with two young children (2 and 4 years) and still have space in our house of 186 square meters. We have a freshly renovated room of almost 10 square meters on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen on the 1st floor (also 10 square meters) and a small bathroom (3.5 square meters). Our beautiful garden and terrace can also be used.
We would like to let the room to someone who is looking for some family connection and would also be willing to do occasional babysitting or small help in the household instead of a rent. See "WG-Leben" for more details.
Lebendige Kleinstadt. Bushaltestelle ca. 300 m entfernt. Sehr gute Verbindungen nach Hanau (Hauptbahnhof = ICE-Halt).
Bevorzugen würden wir eine Person, die bereit wäre uns hier und da zu helfen. Hilfe gebrauchen könnten wir beim Babysitten, aufräumen, kochen, Rasen mähen - vieles ist denkbar, jedoch kein Muss. Gut vorstellen könnten wir uns Studierende, Auszubildende ,Prakikant*innen oder auch Geflüchtete. Das Prinzip lautet "eine Stunde Hilfe pro Monat pro bewohntem Quadratmeter" - so könnte die Miete bis auf 0 reduziert werden. Denkbar wäre bei Geflüchteten im Leistungsbezug, auch eine Beschäftigung auf Minijob-Basis.
We would prefer a person who would be willing to help us here and there. We would appreciate help with babysitting, tidying up, cooking, mowing the lawn - a lot is conceivable, but not a must. We could well imagine students, trainees, interns or refugees. The principle is "one square meter for one hour help per month" - so the monthly rent could be reduced to 0. It would also be conceivable for refugees receiving benefits to be employed on a mini-job basis.
Gegenseitige Sympathie und Kompromissbereitschaft sind natürlich, wie bei jeder WG, die Grundvoraussetzung des gelingenden Zusammenlebens.
Mutual sympathy and willingness to compromise are of course, as with any shared flat, the basic requirement for successful coexistence.
