This room is located next to a livingroom. Therefore, you have more of your own space, as it’s seperated from other two rooms, which I find really great.

The monthly rent includes water bill, electricity, and internet. So you do not need to do anything on your own, everything’s already set up and paid for you.

The total utility cost of 300 EUR includes :
150 EUR - desk, wardrobe, and bed frame
150 EUR - share of washing machine

I believe location is one of the greatest thing about this WG. The bus station is 2-3 mins away by foot, and the S-Bahn station is, if you’re fast enough, 1-minute by foot. Transportation is really convenient to go almost everywhere, but at the same time the area is really quiet.

If you move in, you’ll be living with a Spanish roommate and German roommate, both very kind and helpful.
As they’re all working, there won’t be much activities together, but you can always ask for dinner or a beer together on a summer night by the nearby Biergarten!
