Es handelt sich hier um zwei Zimmer.
Diese sind derzeit mit einem kleinen Schrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einem Bett ausgestattet. Sonstige Möbel wie Sofa, Anrichte und Couch sind aber auf Wunsch verfügbar.
Die WG liegt direkt am Fuße des schönen Taunus, nur wenige Meter vom Feldrand entfernt. Sportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten, aber auch die weniger sportlichen können bei langen Spaziergängen die Seele baumeln lassen.
Ein Rewe und ein Aldi sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Niederhöchstadt ist etwa 15 minuten zu Fuß.
Die WG wird derzeit von 3 sehr netten Männern bewohnt. Einer der Bewohner hat im Dachzimmer eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad, so dass sich die 3 übrigen Bewohner:innen (inc Dir) die verbleibende Küche und das Bad teilen.
Alle Bewohner:innen sind zwischen 23 und 30 Jahren alt.
Das Haus verfügt über eine schnelle Internet Verbindung von 120 MBit und über zwei WLAN Access Points, die einen guten Empfang über 3 Etagen sicherstellen.
Die WG hat einen Putzplan und organisiert sich selbst.
Ich bin der Verwalter und wohne selbst nur 2 Straßen weiter.
