Das Zimmer ist zur Universität hin ausgerichtet, also nicht zum Innenhof von Wohnheim hin - morgens sieht man die Sonne aufgehen und abends bekommt man von der Geräuschkulisse von Wohnheim nichts mit. Es gibt eine Heizung, mehrere Fenster. Schrank und weitere Möbel werden vom Wohnheim gestellt, du kannst auch gerne Möbel von mir übernehmen.

Das Wohnheim befindet sich auf dem Campus gegenüber der Mensa.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie der Limbeckerplatz und die Innenstadt sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Genauso ist es mit U-Bahn- und Bushaltestellen und der HBF ist 2-3 Haltestellen entfernt.
Die WG verfügt über zwei Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche.

Wir alle sind als Studenten in Essen immatrikuliert. Einiger von uns sind berufstätig. Wir, kochen gerne zusammen, machen WG Abende, labern und feiern. Aber wenn man mal nicht die Zeit oder Lust hat, bleibt man dann einfach im Zimmer.
Im Innenhof wird viel gegrillt, musiziert und gefeiert und du lernst so leicht neue Leute kennen :)
