Das zukünftige Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten und misst ca.14 qm. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, welches viel Licht reinläßt. Die Decken sind hoch und der Boden ist ein pflegeleichter Laminatboden, welcher in der ganzen Wohnung bis auf das Badezimmer verlegt ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einer großen und gemütlichen Wohnküche, welche das Herzstück der Wohnung ist. Ich wohne jetzt seit August 2019 in der Wohnung. Die Küche habe ich selbst gekauft und einbauen lassen. Ein Induktionskochfeld und ein neuwertiger Backofen sind eingebaut. Zudem ist auch ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, sowie eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. In der Gesamtmiete ist Wlan, Heizung, Strom, GEZ, sowie die Nutzung der Küche enthalten. Auf dem Dachboden ist genügend Platz um die Wäsche aufzuhängen. Auch der ruhige Innenhof kann mitbenutzt werden.
your room is14 sq m. There is a big window which makes the room very bright. The ceiling is high and there it got laminate flooring. The flat is a two room apartement with a big cozy kitchen. I moved in August 2019 and bought and installed the kitchen. It consists of an induction stove and oven which is as good as new. You can also use the washing machine and a big fridge and freezer. In the total rent there is Wifi, heating, electricity, GEZ as well as the use of the kitchen included. In the attic there is enough room for hanging cloths and we can also use the pretty backyard.
zu fuß ist man in 8 Minuten an der Haltestelle Wasserturm, von wo aus man super schnell in der Innenstadt, am Hauptbahnhof oder auch an der Uni ist. 3 Minuten sind es zu der nächsten Bushaltestelle, welche unter der Woche alle 20 Minuten richtung Hauptbahnhof fährt und auch in der Nähe der Uni hält und dich in die Innenstadt fährt. Zudem fahren auch Nachtbusse, wenn du Abends mal etwas länger unterwegs bist. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5` am Hauptbahnhof, zu Fuß sind es ca.12'.
Die Steeler Straße ist schnell zu erreichen, wo du Geschäfte des täglcihen Bedarf findest. In 5' ist auch ein Rewe erreichbar, der mo-sa bis 24 Uhr auf ist.
by foot it takes you around 8' to get to the stop Wasserturm. From there you quickly reach the city centre, Uni or Essen Hauptbahnhf. A 3' walk away from the flat is a bus stop. Buses form there take you to Essen Hauptbahnhof, city centre and also Uni.
Nearby there is a grocery store which is open till 12am.
Mein Name ist Julia, ich bin 28 und arbeite als Sozialarbeiterin und studiere urbane Kultur, Gesellschaft und Raum an der Uni in Essen.
Zu mir gehören auch noch zwei Fellnase namens Emma und Lutz, welche jedoch recht ruhig sind.
In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne, bin viel in der Natur unterwegs mit Hunden wenn möglich, treffe gerne Freunde. Auch für Konzerte bin ich immer zu haben. Zudem mag ichs grün und habe einige Pflanzen in den vier Wänden. Im Sommer interssiere ich mich fürs Gärtnern. Wäre bestimmt cool, wenn man im Sommer vielleicht etwas im Innenhof starten könnte:)
Ich mags Abends zu einem Weinchen, Bierchen etc. oder morgends in der Küche zu sitzen.... Zu Hause mag ich es eher etwas ruhiger und wäre froh, wenn nicht jedes Wochenende eine WG Party geschmissen würde. Zudem ist es mir auch wichtig, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hat.
Die WG soll jedoch keine Zwecks-WG sein! Das ist mir sehr wichtig.
I am Julia and 28 years old. At the moment i am working as a social worker and study urban society culture and space at uni Essen. In this household there is also two doggos living named Emma and Lutz. My hobbies are cooking, gardening, being in nature, going to the movies and to concerts. I rarely say no to a glass of wine, a beer or gin in friendly company. I prefer to take things at a more leisurely pace at home tho. Means that I would not like weekly WG parties in the apartment. Once in a while would be okay of course, tho!:)
Very important to me is that the WG is not just for the limited purpose of sharing a flat but also to socialise eventhough i find it important the everyone gets his/her personal space.
