WG is located in the Pliensauvorstadt district, about a 10-minute walk from the Esslinger city centre.
The ÖPNV is very well connected, bus stops are in the direct vicinity (about 1-2 min walkway) and the train station can be reached in about 10 min. Everything you need for daily needs is also found in the vicinity (supermarket, butchery, bakery, bank...). From the baker in his own house to the butcher next door, you stumble over the net/rossmann and the bus stop. The city centre also invites you to enjoy shopping (H&M, C&A, DM, Alnatura, Douglas...) or sun (cafés, ice cream parlors...). In summer you can relax in the park or cool off at hot temperatures in the outdoor swimming pool. If the weather isn't so nice, you can go out for a drink in the countless bars and restaurants, watch the latest movies in the cinema or play sports in the nearby gyms... and whoever this isn't enough is by train very quickly in Stuttgart City. ;-)

Die WG befindet sich im Stadtteil Pliensauvorstadt, ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Esslinger Innenstadt.
Der ÖPNV ist sehr gut angebunden, Bushaltestellen sind in der direkten Umgebung (ca. 1-2 min Fußweg) und den Bahnhof erreicht man in ca. 10 min. Alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt findet man ebenso in nächster Umgebung (Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Bäckerei, Bank...). Vom Bäcker im eigenen Haus bis zum Metzger nebenan stolpert man sozusagen über den Netto/Rossmann und die Bushaltestelle. Die Innenstadt lädt zudem zum Shoppen (H&M, C&A, DM, Alnatura, Douglas...) oder Sonne genießen (Cafés, Eisdielen...) ein. Im Sommer kann man es sich im Park gemütlich machen oder sich bei heißen Temperaturen im Freibad abkühlen. Ist das Wetter mal nicht so schön, kann man auf einen Drink in den unzähligen Bars und Restaurants ausgehen, sich die neuesten Filme im Kino ansehen oder in den nahegelegenen Fitnessstudios Sport treiben... und wem das noch nicht genügt, ist mit der Bahn auch ganz schnell in Stuttgart City. ;-)

Hello their apartment seekers, we are currently looking for a new roommate for our WG :)
We are very friendly, open and "easy-going" ;-)
We have all very different daily routines, but we will integrate you as well into our WG life if this is desired from your side.
Our huge living area offers plenty of space to relax or for a cozy movie/game evening after a long stressful working day. Our beautiful huge roof terrace naturally invites you in summer to refuel, eat ice cream and grill with friends.
We are happy to meet in the evening for a common cooking, a dinner beer/wine or just a chill in the living room to let the day end.
You are welcome to take part in the WG everyday, but of course you can also return to your room.
We are usually relatively quiet and relaxed, as we usually have to get out early and take mutual consideration of it. But if everyone is free, friends are happy to join us and enjoy the time in a sociable round:-)

Wir sind sehr freundlich, offen und "easy-going" ;-)
Wir haben zwar alle sehr unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe, aber werden dich so gut es geht in unser WG Leben integrieren, sofern das von deiner Seite aus gewünscht ist.
Unser riesiger Wohnbereich bietet reichlich Platz zum Entspannen oder für einen gemütlichen Film-/Spieleabend nach einem langen stressigen Arbeitstag. Unsere schöne riesige Dachterasse lädt im Sommer natürlich zum Sonnetanken, Eis essen und Grillen mit Freunden ein.
Gerne treffen wir uns am Abend zum gemeinsamen Kochen, auf ein Feierabendbier/Weinchen oder einfach nur zum Chillen im Wohnzimmer, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
Du bist jederzeit herzlich willkommen am WG-Alltag teilzunehmen, kannst dich aber natürlich auch auf dein Zimmer zurückziehen.
Bei uns geht es in der Regel relativ ruhig und entspannt zu, da wir meistens alle früh raus müssen und auch gegenseitig Rücksicht darauf nehmen. Wenn aber dann doch mal alle frei haben, sind Freunde gerne bei uns zu Gast und genießen die Zeit in geselliger Runde :-)

We would like to have a nice and open-minded roommate at the age of 20-33 for a relaxed living (please NOT have students!), if possible with WG experience.
Order and cleanliness in the WG should of course be regulated by a weekly cleaning service, your own mess in your room will of course be left to you;-)

To become a member of our WG, you only have to report to us and add "Bananenbrot" to your concept text (to see if you have read our text by the end ;-))
Tell us something about you, for example:

How old are you and what are you doing professionally?
- What does your typical everyday life look like? You're more like an early riser or a night owl?
- What hobbies or interests do you have? Are there any activities that are important to you?
Do you already have experience in WG life? What were your best and worst experiences?
- How do you feel about community activities such as cooking, games or movies?
How do you deal with conflicts or disagreements?
- How many times do you have a visit, and how do you stand to see other roommates in the apartment?
- Are you aware of the financial obligations (movies, additional costs)?
- Can you bring enough responsibility/respect for a harmonious coexistence?
How long are you planning to live in the WG, and you have special plans for the future?

...and if it suits us, we will offer you a visit so that you can get to know our great WG and we can get to know you more.

Wir wünschen uns eine/n nette/n und offene/n berufstätigen Mitbewohner/in im Alter von 20-33 Jahren für ein entspanntes Zusammenleben (bitte KEINE Studenten!), wenn möglich mit WG-Erfahrung.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der WG sollte selbstverständlich sein und ist durch einen wöchentlichen Putzdienst geregelt, dein eigenes Chaos in deinem Zimmer bleibt natürlich dir überlassen ;-)

Um Mitglied unserer WG zu werden musst du dich nur noch bei uns melden und "Bananenbrot" in deinen Vorstellungstext mit einbauen (um zu sehen, ob du unseren Text auch bis zum Ende gelesen hast ;-))
Erzähl uns doch ein bisschen was von dir, beispielsweise:

- Wie alt bist du und was machst du beruflich?
- Wie sieht dein typischer Alltag aus? Bist du eher ein Frühaufsteher oder Nachteule?
- Welche Hobbys oder Interessen hast du? Gibt es Aktivitäten, die dir wichtig sind?
- Hast du bereits Erfahrung im WG-Leben? Was waren deine besten und schlechtesten Erfahrungen?
- Wie stehst du zu gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten wie z.B. gemeinsam Kochen, Spieleabende oder Filme schauen?
- Wie gehst du mit Konflikten oder Meinungsverschiedenheiten um?
- Wie oft hast du Besuch, und wie stehst du dazu, wenn andere Mitbewohner Besuch in der Wohnung erhalten?
- Bist du dir der finanziellen Verpflichtungen (Miete, Nebenkosten) bewusst?
- Kannst du genügend Verantwortung/Rücksicht für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben mitbringen?
- Wie lange planst du, in der WG zu wohnen, und hast du besondere Pläne für die Zukunft?
