Hier wird ein wunderschönes helles, großes Zimmer,
in einem Altbau mit Charkter, angeboten. Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder
auch leer übernommen werden. Der große Garten in mitten Stadt ist ein besonderes Leckerli
und wird von allen Bewohneren des Hauses genutzt.
Dort wird gerne gegrillt und gefeiert ;)
Das Zimmer hat eine Deckenhöhe von 3,10 m, was eine große Luftigkeit vermittelt.
Eventuell kann ein zweites Zimmer dazu gemietet werden.
Ist aber nur optional.
Wir wohnen direkt am Aldstadtring, die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Türe.
Zu Fuß sind es etwa 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof.
Ebenfalls sind Geschäfte, Kneipen, Kino, Ämter usw., zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch in der Vergangenheit habe ich schon öfter untervermietet.
Aktuell vermiete ich Lenny`s Zimmer unter, da er für 6 bis 8 Monate ins Ausland geht.
Ich bin ein sehr offener Mensch und habe die neuen Imulse durch Mitbewohner
aus aller Welt, immer sehr genossen. Ich freue mich schon auf eine interessante Zeit,
mit Gesprächen bei einem Glas Wein oder Spieleabende oder....
Dabei gilt natürlich immer: Alles kann, nichts muß!
