Das süsse zimmer ist liebevoll hergerichtet und hat einen kuscheligen charme.
Zum Bahnhof sind es gerade mal 5-10 Minuten, direkt un die Ecke sind Rewe/Penny und in die Fußgängerzone sind es auch nur 5 minuten. Entgegengesetzte Richtung zur Stadt befindet sich der schöne Park an der Erft
In dieser wg ist es ruhig und sehr angenehm zu wohnen. Alle verstehen sich gut, wobei jeder seiner wege geht.
Es ist keine wg wo ständig partys gemacht werden, sie ist schön ruhig.
Es gibt wlan( im preis mit drin, sowie gas, strom, nebenkosten wie müllabfuhr, wasser etc)
Ausserdem gibt es einen putzplan, und auch das läuft sehr gut.
Diese WG ist sehr harmonisch und sauber. Es gibt einen Putzplan, an den sich jeder halten muss, Vermieterin lebt im Haus , ist immer zur Stelle, wenn etwas kaputt geht oder es Probleme gibt.
Die Lage ist super gut, ruhig und doch zentral fast am Zentrum.
