Wir suchen in unserer 4rer Wg einen neuen Mitbrwohner oder Mitbrwohnerin. Leider möchte Stipi im Dezember ausziehen da er andere Pläne hat. Unsere WG ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.🩷🤍
Hin und wieder sitzt man zusammen und trinkt ein Bier, macht Puzzles oder bastelt und malt gemeinsam. In unserer Wohnung wird haupstächlich im Wohnzimmer geraucht🌱Generell darf man bei uns überall rauchen solange man gut lüftet und es niemand anderes stört. Da unsere Wohnung sehr groß ist und hohe Decken hat spielen wir auch manchmol Federball oder Tischtennis in der Wohnung. Freunde dürfen natürlich auch vorbei kommen🙂↔️
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 quadratmeter (musste es mit den Füßen ausmessen hatte keinen Meterstab). Die Miete kostet 462 euro da ist alles integriert...Strom und Wlan. Vom Zimmer hats du eine tolle Aussicht😎
