Hallo miteinander,
Ich habe zum 1.10.2002 ein schönes großes Haus gemietet, das ich gerne mit 3 weiteren Mitbewohnern teilen möchte.
Das Haus ist in der steuerlich sehr günstigen Gemeinde Schindellegi gelegen, nur 5min vom Bahnhof, an dem die S13 verkehrt.
Es gibt genug Zimmer um sich. jeweils gut mit privatem und geteilten Raum zum Wohnen und Arbeiten einzurichten. Der Garten ist riesig und verläuft um das gesamte freistehende Haus. Auch gibt es Raum genug für ein Gästezimmer. Es gibt 2 Toiletten und ein voll ausgestattetes Bad. Für den Winter gibt es einen funktionalen Kamin im Wohnzimmer.
Ich bin 36, berufstätig, viel in den Bergen und der Natur unterwegs. Ich suche Leute, die Lust haben dem Haus gemeinsam Leben einzuflößen/einzurichten, sehr verlässlich sind, finanziell auf eigenen Beinen stehen und Spaß am gemeinsamen Leben/Kochen/Philosophieren haben.
Es gibt 3 Parkplätze die im Preis inbegriffen sind. Mein wohl erzogener Hund (bellt nicht) liebt Menschen und Tiere wird mitwohnen. Nach Absprache können auch weitere Haustiere einziehen.

Hello everyone,
Starting October 1st, 2020 I rented a nice big house that I would like to share with 3 other flatmates.
The house is located in the very tax-favorable municipality of Schindellegi, only 5 minutes from the train station, where the S13 runs.
There are enough rooms around to be set up well with private and shared space for living and working. The garden is huge and runs around the entire detached house. There is also enough space for a guest room. There are 2 toilets incl. one full bathroom. For the winter there is a functional fireplace in the living room.
I'm 36, I work, and I travel a lot in the mountains and in nature. I am looking for people who want to instill life / furnish the house together, are very reliable, financially stand on their own two feet and enjoy living / cooking / philosophizing together.
There are 3 parking spaces that are included in the price. My well-behaved dog (doesn't bark) loves people and animals will live with me. Other pets can also move in by arrangement.
