Wir, aktuell zwei Männer und eine Frau, alle berufstätig, leben in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus mit sehr kleinem Garten in Finning, Landkreis Landsberg am Lech. Jede*r bewohnt ein Zimmer, wir teilen uns eine Wohnküche mit Holzofen, wobei das Haus über eine Flüssiggas- Zentralheizung verfügt. Jede*r hat einen eigenen Tagesrhythmus, aber wir sind keine reine Zweck- WG - das harmonische Miteinander ist uns wichtig.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 17,5 qm, ist hell und liegt im Erdgeschoss. Die Kaltmiete inclusive Strom und Telefon beträgt 390.- Euro, Heizkosten ca 70.- Euro pro Monat.Das Haus liegt im Dorf, fußläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Dorfkneipe/Restaurant und eine Bushaltestelle. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn München-Lindau ist sehr gut, München mit dem Auto in ca 45 erreichbar. Der S- Bahnanschluss Geltendorf ist ca 12 km entfernt.
Die Umgebung und Landschaft ist traumhaft, Windachtal und Windachstausee vor der Tür.
