Kleine, aber sehr gemütliche Zimmer, möbliert. Das Fenster geht in den Hinterhof, deshalb ist es ruhig. Die Möbel lasse ich im Zimmer zur Nutzung, aber auf Wunsch kann ich das Zimmer vollständig leeren. Es gibt jedoch genug Platz im Zimmer. Der Rest der WG bietet sehr viel Platz, insbesondere die große Küche sowie das geräumige Wohnzimmer.

A small but very cozy room, furnished. The window faces the backyard, so it is quiet. I leave the furniture in the room for use, but if desired, I can completely empty the room. However, there is enough space in the room. The rest of the flat offers plenty of space, especially the large kitchen and the spacious living room.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am schönen Kleistpark, mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten überall. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt 300 m weiter unten in der Sophienstraße. Von dort aus fahren auch Busse ins Zentrum (6 Minuten Fahrtweg) und zum Bahnhof (9 Minuten Fahrtweg). Auch die Uni ist super zu erreichen: Von Tür zu Tür braucht man mit dem Bus ca. 13 Min, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten und zu Fuß etwas weniger als 20 Minuten.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Zentrum liegen quasi auf dem Weg von der Uni zur Wohnung. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Nahkauf (8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) und etwas weiter dann Aldi, DM oder auch Kaufland.

In der Nähe unseres Hauses gibt es ein Sushi-Laden und eine Pizzeria.

Our apartment is located right by the beautiful Kleistpark, and you can get everywhere in just a few minutes by bike or on foot. The nearest bus stop is 300 meters further down on Sophienstraße. From there, buses go to the city center (6 minutes travel time) and to the train station (9 minutes travel time). The university is also easily accessible: It takes about 13 minutes by bus, around 5 minutes by bike, and just under 20 minutes on foot from door to door.

All shopping options in the city center are almost on the way from the university to the apartment. Nearby, there is a convenience store (8 minutes on foot), and a bit further, you’ll find Aldi and Kaufland.

Near our house, there is a sushi place and a pizzeria.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 127 m groß mit zwei Badezimmern (inklusive Badewanne) und einer riesigen Wohnküche mit Balkon, sowie einem großen Wohnzimmer und auch sonst mit allem was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen zum Kochen ausgestattet, außerdem gibt es verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Mixer, einen Ofen usw

The apartment is a total of 127 m², with two bathrooms (including a bathtub) and a huge eat-in kitchen with a balcony, as well as a large living room and everything else you need. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking, and there are also various coffee machines, a microwave, a blender, an oven, etc.
