Ich ziehe aus dem FFO aus und suche daher jemanden, der den Vertrag zum 1. März übernimmt.
Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer (gemischten) WG in der Ferdinandstraße, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof FFO entfernt.
Anmeldung ist möglich. Die Miete beträgt 300€ all-inclusive (außer Internet). Die WG teilt sich die WLAN-Kosten, die monatlich 6€ betragen.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, aber er möchte mit dem neuen Mieter verhandeln, um die meisten seiner Möbel zu verkaufen. Die Möbel sind neu und wurden nur ein paar Monate genutzt. Er würde sie für 700€(verhandelbar) abgeben.
Die Möbel umfassen:
- Ein Queen-Size-Bett mit Matratze
- Einen großen Kleiderschrank
- Einen Couchtisch
- Einen Beistelltisch
- Einen Schreibtisch mit zwei Stühlen
- Einen Kleiderständer
Kaution:
- 600€ für Nicht-Arbeitende (verhandelbar mit dem Vermieter)

Moving out of ffo and so looking for someone to take over contract as of 1st of march.
It’s a room in a (mixed) shared flat located in Ferdinandstrasse, 3min walk from FFO Bahnhof.
Anmeldung possible, rent all inclusive (except internet) is €300, flatmates share wifi costs for 6€ monthly.
The room comes empty but I want to negotiate with the new tenant to sell most of my stuff. The furniture is new and used for only few months he would like to give it away for 700 (negotiable)
Includes a queen bed with matress ,a big clothing wardrobe , coffee table , side desk , study table and two chairs and cloth rack
Deposit- 600 for non working person (which can be negotiated with landlord )and 300 euro for working person.
