Das Zimmer ist schön gross, hell und geräumig. Es ist nach Osten und Süden gerichtet und der Blick aus dem Erker Ist wirklich schön. Der PVC Boden mit Laminatoptik wurde vor ca. 3 Jahren verlegt.

The room is nice, big, bright and spacious. It faces east and south and the view from the bay window is really nice. The PVC floor with laminate look was laid about 3 years ago.
Die WG liegt in den Gerstenberger Höfen und somit ungefähr 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Oderturm und von der Universität entfernt. Das Haus liegt fast direkt an der Oder. In der Nähe gibt es einen Aldi und die Tramstation (direkt zum Bahnhof), die beide in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreicht sind. Auch bis in die Natur sind es nur ungefähr 15 Minuten an der Oder entlang. Im Innenhof befindet sich die Kulturmanufaktur Gerstenberg, in der Vorlesungen, Ausstellungen und Konzerte stattfinden und eine gemütliche Bar hat. Außerdem ist auch die Brücke nach Polen in ungefähr 10 Minuten erreichbar.

The flat is located in the "Gerstenberger Höfe" and about 15 minutes walk from the Oderturm and the University. The house is almost directly by the Oder River. There is an Aldi supermarket and a tram station nearby, both of which are less than a 5-minute walk away. It is also only about 15 minutes to the nature along the Oder. On the premises is the Gerstenberg cultural factory with a bar and where lectures, exhibitions and concerts are held. The bridge to Poland is also about 10 minutes away.
In der WG leben aktuell zwei Angestellte und ein Doktorand an der Universität Viadrina. Das WG Leben findet größtenteils in der geräumigen Küche statt.

Two workers and one PhD student currently live in the shared flat. WG-Life mainly takes place in the spacious kitchen.
Die Verwaltung ist direkt im Innenhof und gut zu erreichen. Zudem gibt es einen zuverlässigen Hausmeister.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit den Mitbewohnerinnen und je nachdem auch mit der Verwaltung erlaubt.
