Hello there!
I will be out of the city for almost two months and I would like to rent out the room to save some money.
The house is perfectly located and couldn't be more central. The room is big enough, there's also a living room with a couch. There's two other boys in the house.
One toilet with one shower and one bath 🛁
Washing machine, dishwasher.
3rd floor no elevator.
The house concept is of young professionals, sometimes also working from home so it is expected some silence and chill atmosphere during the week.
City registration not possible
3 minutes walking there's Hauptwache, with underground lines 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7, plus S-Bahn Trains that are also going to Mainz and Wiesbaden
3 minutes walking in the other direction there's the U-4 line from Dom/Römer.
The Ald-Stadt (Old Town, Town-hall building) is 2 minutes walking. You can see Paulskirche platz from the windows.
There is a weekly cleaning plan. During the week if the guys are at home doing home office is expected some silence, also at nights during the week.
