4er WG in der Stadtmitte. Alle Zimmer sind möbliert, 2 Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Regendusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Küche, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Backofen. Teller, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind vorhanden.

Das hier angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 11qm groß und hat die Fenster Richtung Innenhof, welches aufgrund des internen Gartens genug Licht anbietet.
Alle Kosten sind bereits inkludiert (Heizung, Strom, GEZ, Internet, Nebenkosten)...

Hi,
4 people WG in the city center of Frankfurt. Move in fully furnished rooms. The two bathrooms should avoid any traffic jams in the morning. There is a washing machine (incl. dryer) in the apartment. The new kitchen features a stove and also a dishwasher. It is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and everything else necessary for cooking. No smoking in the common areas

The here offered room is approx 11sqm big and has the windows towards the interior courtyard. In the courtyard there is a small garden, so therefore the room still has plenty of sunlight.
The rent includes all costs (heating, electricity, GEZ, internet and side costs).

In der WG (1 Frau und 2 Männer) sind alle berufstätig und dementsprechend sind Partys unüblich. Die Küche bietet sich ideal an um als sozialer Raum mit den verschiedenen Mitbewohnern zu dienen, sei es gemeinsam zu reden, kochen oder einfach zum Chillen. Wichtig für uns ist Sauberkeit, von welcher du dich auch bei der Besichtigung überzeugen kannst.

In the WG there is one female and two males and we are all working, therefore we are rather calm during the week. The new kitchen is the social hub of the apartment, where we cook/eat/talk with each other. For us important is cleanness from which you can convince yourself at a viewing :-)
