Zimmer 2: Das größere der beiden Zimmer hat etwa 18,2 qm und ein Fenster in Richtung des Innenhofs und ist damit etwas ruhiger gelegen.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Triebstraße in Bergen-Enkheim. In der selben Straße befinden sich ein Döner, Friseure, eine Post, Sparkasse, Volksbank, eine Apotheke und ein Tegut. Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs (REWE, LIDL, ALDI, DM, usw.) befinden sich einen 10 minütigen Fußweg entfernt. Außerdem ist das Hessen-Center mit dem Bus in 12 Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Riedbad ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie das Enkheimer Ried und der Berger Hang, welche sich sehr gut für Spaziergänge eignen.
Die U-Bahn Station Enkheim ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von welcher man in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten an der Konstablerwache ist (Linien U4 & U7).
Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich des weiteren eine Bushaltestelle.

The apartment is centrally located on Triebstraße in Bergen-Enkheim. In the same street, there is a döner, hair salons, a post office, Sparkasse, Volksbank, a pharmacy, and a Tegut supermarket. Everyday stores (REWE, LIDL, ALDI, DM, etc.) are about a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, the Hessen-Center can be reached by bus in 12 minutes.
The Riedbad is about a 10-minute walk away, as are the Enkheimer Ried and Berger Hang, which are great for walks.
The Enkheim U-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away, from where you can reach Konstablerwache in about 15 to 20 minutes (Lines U4 & U7).
Furthermore, there is a bus stop directly in front of the house.
Für meine WG suche ich neue Untermieter:innen für die zwei frei gewordenen Zimmer. Ein offenes und harmonisches Zusammenleben ist mir besonders wichtig – gemeinsames Kochen, Lachen und respektvoller Umgang miteinander stehen dabei im Vordergrund. Gleichzeitig soll jeder genug Raum für Rückzug und persönliche Entfaltung haben.
Die Wohnung ist bereits mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem charmanten Altbau, der schon einige Jahre hinter sich hat. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir wichtig, weshalb wir die anfallenden Haushaltsaufgaben mit einem Putzplan organisieren.
Die WG liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, und Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen
