We are offering one of the two bedrooms in our fully furnished apartment in Bockenheim. Due to a professional opportunity, my partner and I will temporarily have to work outside of Frankfurt. This means that you will likely have the apartment to yourself for at least 60% of the time. We offer this bedroom for periods of at least three months, up to one year (negotiable):
- 82 m² with high ceilings (3.15m) - fully furnished: move in and start living!
- Modern kitchen, completely renovated in August 2023, equipped with a magnetic electric stove, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher and refrigerator.
- Bathroom in industrial style, also renovated in August 2023, featuring unique copper details.
- 18m² bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (1.8 x 2.0 m), purchased in September 2021.
- Large, bright living room ensures constant fresh air and plenty of daylight.
- Balcony currently under construction and is expected to be completed by mid-November.
- Laundry room with a washing machine available in the basement.
- Bike stand in the backyard.
- Pets are not allowed.
- I’m allergic, so this listing is for non-smokers only.
