Hey there! We are Duarte (32) and María (39), two young professionals and we are looking for a friendly, tidy roommate to join us in our spacious apartment.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. It also has a storage room. The building has a garage with the possibility of renting a parking space. It includes a washing-dryer and a dishwasher.
The room for rent is 14 m2 (Zimmer Nr.3) and faces the back patio, perfect for some peace and privacy and it receives afternoon/evening sun.
Our apartment has a nice and open feel, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We keep the place chill, clean and tidy. We are easy-going, friendly and enjoy a good balance of socializing and personal space, preferring a peaceful environment (preferable no parties during working days). We value a clean and organized home and we are looking for someone who feels the same.
It’s located in a residential area, what makes it quiet during the weekends, and with very close public transport stops (the tram is 5 minutes away on foot and Westbahnhof less than 10). There are a couple supermarkets on the same street (Tegut and Rewe), some cafes and restaurants in the area and a gym. Leipzigerstraße is 15 minutes on foot, there you have multiple options to enjoy good food, café… and shopping. You’ll be in the city centre in about 15 minutes. In case you’d have a car, you’ll be in a couple minutes in the A648 and A5.
The room will be available on the 1st of May. The rent is 700€, including Heating, Water, Electricity, Internet and GEZ, with a deposit of 1400€.
