Hey Leute,
In meiner Wohnung in Bornheim, 2 Minuten von der Bergerstraße (Station Höhenstraße) entfernt, wird demnächst (August oder später) ein Zimmer für 6 Monate frei (eventuell auch länger).
Die Wohnung ist etwa 80m² groß und bietet ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine sowie einem Ofen. Außerdem gibt es auch einen kleinen Garten.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (außer Schreibtisch), und ihr könnt natürlich alles mitbenutzen, was es gibt – vom Geschirr bis zu allen Haushaltsgeräten.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 780 Euro warm und beinhaltet bereits Internet und alle Nebenkosten sowie die Möbel. Die Wohnung wird nur mit mir geteilt.

Hey everyone,
In my apartment in Bornheim, 2 minutes from Bergerstraße (Höhenstraße station), a room will soon be available (August or later) for 6 months (possibly longer).
The apartment is about 80m² and offers a spacious living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. There is also a small garden.
The available room is fully furnished (except for a desk), and you can, of course, use everything – from dishes to all household appliances.
The rent for the room is 780 euros, all-inclusive (internet and all utilities as well as furniture). The apartment will be shared only with me.
