Hey,
wir suchen eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in für zwei durch eine Schiebetür miteinander verbundene helle Zimmer. Beide Zimmer haben jeweils etwa 18-20m2, also insgesamt ca. 38m2 nur für dich allein plus ca. 25m2 zur gemeinsamen Nutzung (Küche, Bad und Diele). Das eine Zimmer ist als Schlafzimmer eingerichtet mit einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem großen Bett. Das andere kann als Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden und hat eine kleine Couch, einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen gemütlichen Sessel. Es gibt auch einen Fernsehanschluss - der Fernseher müsste allerdings selbst mitgebracht werden. Nach Absprache können die vorhandenen Möbel auch im Keller untergestellt werden, so dass du dich selbst einrichten kannst.
Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, u.a. auch Spülmaschine, eine neue Waschmaschine und einen wunderbaren Gasherd.

We're looking for a new flatmate for 2 rooms connected by a sliding door with approx. 18-20m2 each. So you will have your private space of 38m2 plus approx. 25m2 shared space (kitchen, bathroom and corridor). One room is furnished as bedroom with a big cabinet and a big bed. The other one can be used as living room and/ or office and comes with a small couch, an armchair and a desk. If not needed, the furniture could also be removed and stored in the cellar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem klassischen Frankfurter Altbau in der Nähe vieler Points of Interest. Der Zoo, die EZB und die lebendige Berger Straße sind alle mehr oder weniger um die Ecke. Auch die Konstabler Wache/ Zeil erreicht man innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder deutlich schneller mit einer der vielen ÖPNV-Verbindungen: Direkt vor der Tür fahren die Straßenbahn 14 und der Bus M32, und innerhalb von 5 Fußminuten erreicht man die U4 und U7. Die S-Bahn-Stammlinie ist etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen
The apartment is very conveniently located and close to many points of interest such as the zoo, the ECB and lively Berger Straße with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. There are plenty of public transport options: Tram 14 and Bus 32 right in front of the house, and U4 and U7 as well as two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.
Die Mitbewohner sind beide berufstätig und derzeit eher eine Zweck-WG, was aber nicht zwangsläufig so sein muss.
Es gibt eine gemütliche Wohnküche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen und/ oder kochen kann und auch mal ein gemeinsamer WG-Abend verbracht wird. Allerdings sind alle beruflich recht eingespannt und legen auch wert auf ihre Privatsphäre. Es ist ein freundliches und offenes Miteinander, bei dem man auch mal was zusammen machen kann, aber nicht muss. Insgesamt sind wir vor allem unkompliziert und hoffen, dass es auch mit dir so bleibt.
Ich selber bin Hauptmieterin, wohne aber derzeit im Ausland und bin deshalb aktuell nicht Bestandteil der WG. Du wirst dir die Wohnung deshalb mit einem Ingenieur und einer Journalistin (beide in den 30ern) teilen.
The apartment has an eat-in kitchen that allows everyone to sit and/ or cook together. We all work though and everybody respects the others need for privacy. It's a friendly and open atmosphere where you can chose to join in friendly activities, but it's not a must.
I'm the main tenant, but I currently live abroad and will not be living in the apartment. Instead, you will share it with a lawyer and a journalist in their 30s.

The total rent of 460€ includes all side costs as well as usage of the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer-combinaton and so on. It also includes fast internet via cable, electricity, water and mandatory national tv fees.
