The room is large, has high ceilings and is partly furnished with a white Ikea bed, a white Ikea wardrobe and a desk with desk chair (see pictures). The window overlooks a quiet street that runs parallel to Bergerstrasse.

The remaining furniture and furnishings in the bedroom, with the exception of the sofa, must be taken over (white chest of drawers, TV, TV cabinet, sofa side table, shelves, curtains, ceiling lamp, etc.).

The location is perfect.

The street runs parallel to Berger Straße, which is less than a minute away. You can find everything you need there and it's super easy to walk to. Cafes, bars, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, small stores, gyms, weekend market, etc.

The subway is about a 3-minute walk away (Höhenstraße).

If you need something urgently on Sundays, there is a small kiosk right next to the apartment.

Kostas and Sonja will be your future flatmates. Kostas is a law student from Greece and Sonja is a german graduate working in Frankfurt.

They are all relaxed and get on well together.

There is also plenty of storage space in the basement.

The kitchen was equipped by us and the share must also be taken over (microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, electrical appliances, etc.). The total amount to be paid is 700 EUR (500 for the bedroom + 200 for the kitchen). Please confirm that you agree to this when you contact us!

Moving in date could also be done end of December, around the 20th.
