Mein schönes WG-Zimmer in Bornheim Mitte wird vom 28. Februar 2025 bis zum 02. Mai 2025 frei, da ich in dieser Zeit in Barcelona bin. Ab dem 3. Mai bin ich wieder zurück im Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 16qm groß und hat eine tolle Einrichtung. Es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank mit schönen weißen Vorhängen und einem praktischen Hosenhalter. Mein Hochbett aus Holz mit stabiler Hoztreppe bietet viel Platz darunter. Da das Bett oben ist, bleibt der Raum sehr großzügig und offen. Außerdem werde ich vor meiner Abreise noch eiene Schreibtisch besorgen und das Zimmer mit ein paar ästhetischen Details verschönern.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein sehr bequemes schwarzes Lederschlafsofa – perfekt, falls man mal unten schlafen möchte. Mehrere Schubladen bieten Platz für Bücher, Dokumente oder Bilder. Dank der zwei großen Fenster ist das Zimmer tagsüber sehr hell. Von der einen Seite hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Marktplatz von Bornheim, während man auf der anderen Seite den Sonnenuntergang mit perfektem Skyline-Blick über Frankfurt genießen kann.
Das Zimmer ist zudem sehr ruhig, da es auf der vom Markt abgewandten Seite liegt – ideal für eine entspannte und erholsame Nachtruhe.
In der WG gibt es zwei Bäder, eine große Küche und ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer im oberen Stockwerk. Die WG-Zimmer sind auf das obere und das untere Stockwerk aufgeteilt (jeweils 2 pro Stockwerk).

My beautiful shared apartment room in Bornheim Mitte is available for sublet from February 28 to May 2, as I will be in Barcelona during this time. I will be back in the room on May 3. The room is approximately 16 square meters and has a great setup. There is a large wardrobe with elegant white curtains and a practical trouser rack. My wooden loft bed with a sturdy wooden staircase provides plenty of space underneath. Since the bed is elevated, the room feels spacious and open. Before I leave, I will also get a desk and add some aesthetic touches to the room.
Additionally, there is a very comfortable black leather sofa bed – perfect if you feel like sleeping downstairs. Several drawers offer space for books, documents, or pictures. Thanks to the two large windows, the room is bright during the day. On one side, you have a great view of the Bornheim market square, while on the other, you can enjoy the sunset with a perfect skyline view of Frankfurt.
The room is also very quiet, as it is located on the side facing away from the market – ideal for a relaxed and restful night's sleep.
The shared apartment has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a very spacious living room on the upper floor. The rooms are divided between the upper and lower floors, with two rooms on each floor.
Die WG liegt so zentral in Bornheim Mitte, wie es nur geht. Die U-Bahn (U4), Tram- und Bushaltestelle Bornheim Mitte ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Von dort kommt man in 9 Minuten zur Frankfurt UAS und in 20 min zum Campus Westend. Die Berger Straße ist mit vielek Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Fitnessstudios direkt vor der Haustür. Mittwochs und samstags gibt es einen Wochenmarkt direkt auf dem Platz. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Günthersburgpark und in 15 Minuten am Friedberger Platz.

The shared apartment is as central in Bornheim Mitte as it gets. The U-Bahn (U4), tram, and bus stop Bornheim Mitte are just a 2-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Frankfurt UAS in 9 minutes and Campus Westend in 20 minutes. The Berger Straße, with its many bars, restaurants, and gyms, is right at your doorstep. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there is a weekly market on the square. You can reach Günthersburgpark in 5 minutes on foot and Friedberger Platz in 15 minutes.
…in der Küche beim gemeinsamen WG-Abend oder kochen, an und zu bei Parties oder im Wohnzimmer. Dort gibt es mit der Leinwand und dem Beamer auch jederzeit die Möglichkeit gemeinsame Filmabende zu machen. Da dies eine freundschaftliche WG ist und keine Zweck-WG, wird jemand gesucht, der auf gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten Lust hat. Natürlich ist es aber auch jederzeit in Ordnung, sich zurückziehen :) wenn die Zimmertür zu ist, ist sie zu :)

In the kitchen during shared WG evenings or cooking together, occasionally at parties, or in the living room. With the projector and screen, there’s always the option to have movie nights together. Since this is a friendly and social WG, not just a place to live, we’re looking for someone who enjoys community activities. Of course, it’s always totally fine to have alone time as well—when the door is closed, it’s closed 🙂
Einmal pro Woche kommt eine Haushaltshilfe (angegeben unter sonstige Kosten), es gibt einen Kellerraum und einen Hinterhof, wo Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Wenn du dich für das Zimmer interessierst, schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht, in der du dich vorstellst und natürlich mit Fragen bzgl. der Wohnung, sollte etwas offen geblieben sein.
