Sie besteht aus zwei Zimmer, die einzeln vermietet werden.
In der Wohnung wohne ein Untermieter. Wir haben die Altbauwohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und vermieten sie möbliert mit verschiedenen Möbeln, vielen Lampen und technischen Geräten wie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Musikanlage, Pc Monitor etc. (siehe Fotos).
Das Haus hat eine unschlagbare Lage in Bornheim, parallel zur Berger Straße zwischen Höhenstraße und Bornheim Mitte, ist aber super ruhig gelegen, da sich die Wohnung in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nette junge Leute, mit denen wir ein gutes Verhältnis pflegen. Da fast alle berufstätig sind, sind Partys oder ähnliches nicht zulässig und es ist uns sehr dran gelegen, dass das Miteinander respektvoll und harmonisch bleibt. Generell ist das Haus mit nur zwei Wohnungen pro Stockwerk sehr beschaulich.

It consists of two rooms, which can be rented individually, or the entire apartment with both rooms.
I live in the apartment with my girlfriend, who is currently living in Spain, while I’m cycling across Europe. Since we will be returning later, we are offering the apartment again. We have lovingly furnished this old building apartment, and we are renting it fully furnished with various furniture, many lamps, and technical appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, sound system, PC monitor, etc. (see photos).
The building has an unbeatable location in Bornheim, parallel to Berger Straße between Höhenstraße and Bornheim Mitte, yet it is very quiet as the apartment is located in a rear building. The neighbors are very nice young people with whom we have a good relationship. Since most are working professionals, parties or similar activities are not allowed, and it is very important to us that the environment remains respectful and harmonious. In general, the building is very peaceful, with only two apartments per floor.
Die U-Bahn erreicht man, je nach dem welche Haltestelle man nimmt, in 3 - 5 Minuten und ist in 2-3 Stationen auf der Zeil (U4).
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Heidestraße, parallel zur wunderschönen Berger Straße und ist 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn-/ Straßenbahn-/ Busstation Bornheim Mitte entfernt, 5 min von der Haltestelle Höhenstraße.
An der Konstablerwache ist man je nach dem welche Haltestelle in 2-3 Stationen, am Hauptbahnhof in 5-6, Festhalle/ 6-7 Stationen.
In der Gegend gibt es viele Biomärkte, sowie sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Rewe, der bis 00:00 geöffnet hat.

The apartment is located on Heidestraße, parallel to the beautiful Berger Street, and is 3 minutes from the Bornheim Mitte subway/tram/bus station, and 5 minutes from the Höhenstraße station.
Depending on which station you take, you can be at Konstablerwache in 2 to 3 stops, at the main train station in 5 to 6 stops, and at Festhalle/Messe in 6 to 7 stops.
In the area, there are many organic markets as well as many shopping options, such as Rewe, which is open until midnight.
Ea wohnen noch zwei Mitbewohner hier, ihre Räume sind nicht zu betreten.
Lediglich Küche und die Bäder dürfen benutzt werden und müssen sauber gehalten werden.
